We had to deal with several issues during our stay. The laundry service was misleading. they didn't fold our clothes as promised, and everything came back wrinkled. Additionally, the guestbook had outdated information, which caused confusion regarding tour prices. We also faced a long walk up stairs to reach our room, which was quite tiring for us in our 60s.

This place suits me perfectly, providing excellent internet access, free parking, and a flat-screen TV. The staff helped me with my luggage on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it! I'm coming back for Christmas.

The location is a trek from the city center!!! Those stairs to the rooms are no joke, especially for older guests!!! Having clearer signage would help!!! Consider adding more evening activities for guests to enjoy!!!

We had a fantastic stay in the Superior Queen Room with Garden View. Fred's warmth and personalized attention truly made us feel at home, while the room's impeccable cleanliness and luxurious bedding provided us with ultimate comfort. The only downside was that we wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy everything more fully.

The proprietors have a beautiful home with a stunning view of the bay. The comfort of the beds and cleanliness of the rooms were standout features during our stay. Breakfast was impressive with a varied menu, and I particularly appreciated having fresh fruit and a refrigerator in the room. The garden view from our room enhanced the overall experience.

The only drawback was that we couldn't have breakfast the first morning due to an early tour.
